PD Opportunities

Hi SERG members! As your PD chair, I felt that I should share with you some of the PD opportunities I have come across lately.
1. Understanding Social Media When Hiring Your Next Employee: hosted by The City of Calgary Youth Employment Centre (YEC). Wednesday, November 17th, 2010 from 8:00 am- 12:00 pm at Gunn’s Dairy Barn in Heritage Park. Registration for the seminar is free. Seats are limited and we are only able to accommodate two representatives per organization on a first come first served basis. Register online at http://www.nextsteps.ca/yec/seminar_reg10.html. Each person must complete a registration form by November 8, 2010.
2. Upcoming Free Webinars: visit http://www.ventureneer.com/webinars for three upcoming sessions that affect non-profits especially.
