Museum Education Article Exploring Field Trips

Hello All,
IÂ came across this interesting and very relevant article the other day and thought that SERG members might be interested in reading it:

The article discusses school visits to museums, but I think it applies to other field trip sites providing curriculum linked education programs. The article is American focused, but its points are certainly relevant to Canadian organizations as well.
I would be interested in hearing other members thoughts on this article and perhaps getting a discussion going in the comments below.
