All digital programs run for 50 minutes including a brief question and answer period.
- Sessions are delivered through zoom. Participants are not required to download software or create a user account.
- Up to 5 classes from the same school or 5 groups may attend at once.
- Classes or groups are welcome to participate either as a group or from individual devices.
- A large screen and speakers are recommended.
- Microphones and web cameras are recommended but not required.
- Programs are recommended for ages 6 and up.
