Calgary Police Discovery Centre
About
The Calgary Police Discovery Centre is home to the award-winning YouthLink field trips, Calgary’s most trusted and impactful youth crime prevention programs. For more than 30 years, Calgary Police Discover Centre (formerly known as YouthLink) field trips have been empowering and educating young people with the information they need to make safe, confident decisions in a rapidly changing world. Crime prevention and safety are at the heart of everything we do. We are dedicated to helping everyone stay safe and fostering stronger, more connected communities. Our immersive field trip experiences tackle the urgent and complex issues facing youth today: cyber safety, bullying, healthy relationships, drugs, and gangs. We bring these topics to life through unforgettable experiences, hands-on activities, and immersive learning with police insight, to spark the kind of meaningful conversations that can shape a young person’s future. Our Outreach Team delivers important safety presentations to schools, community groups, and organizations with one awesome goal: to share practical insight and tools shaped by real policing experience helping young people, families, and communities feel informed, confident, and supported when it comes to staying safe.
